TargetMol has collected 800 compounds of cosmetic ingredients, including basic ingredients (such as emulsifiers and preservatives), active ingredients (such as antioxidants, moisturizers, anti-aging components, and sunscreen agents), auxiliary ingredients (such as fragrances), and other ingredients (such as hair dye components). 
TargetMol has collected 420 flavor compounds. This library not only facilitates a deep understanding of the mechanisms and interactions behind flavors but also aids in optimizing formulations to enhance taste quality. The library provides a foundation for discovering natural flavor substances and helps explore the relationship between flavor compounds and health.
The pesticide compound library can assist in analyzing the mechanisms of action, resistance, and environmental behavior of existing pesticides, providing scientific evidence for optimizing current pesticides and developing new ones. The library not only supports pesticide-related research but also serves as a potential resource for the development of new drugs, such as antibacterial, antiviral, and anticancer agents.
The library covers a wide range of molecular targets such as ion channels, receptors, and neurotransmitters, we focus on pain mechanism research to provide resources for the development of treatments for chronic and neuropathic pain.
TargetMol has collected 6422 compounds that target membrane proteins, which can be used for membrane protein-related scientific research and drug screening, suitable for high-throughput and high-content screening.
The EMA Approved Drugs Library includes 680 compounds approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). All compounds have been clinically validated, with clearly identified targets, and possess favorable safety profiles and bioavailability. 
TargetMol Neuroprotective Compound Library has compiled 990 compounds with demonstrated neuroprotective activity and potential neuroprotective capabilities. This library can be utilized for drug development related to neuroprotection and for exploring mechanisms associated with neuroprotective actions.
TargetMol Clinical Failed Compounds Library compiles 1332 drug molecules from clinical trials marked as TERMINATED or WITHDRAWN in the ClinicalTrials database. Although these drugs did not achieve success in their original indications, they have undergone varying degrees of human studies, accumulating valuable data on safety and preliminary efficacy. 
The TargetMol Bitter Compound Library comprises 470 bitter compounds, providing researchers with an effective tool to advance progress in drug development, food science, agricultural chemistry, and more. By offering rapid access to high-quality data, it enables researchers to identify promising new candidate molecules faster, shorten the lab-to-market cycle, and support interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
The gut microbiome in humans can be considered as an organ, which has functions critical for human metabolism, digestion, maintenance of gut barrier function and immunomodulation. TargetMol’s Gut Microbial metabolite Library collects 540 gut microbial metabolites which can be used in research of gut microbiome and its related drug development.
