| Characteristics | 1.Measured by its ability to enhance the activity of IL6 on M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 30-125 ng/mL in the presence of 100 ng/mL of recombinant human IL6. 2.Loaded Recombinant Human IL-6R Protein, hFc Tag on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-6 Protein, no Tag with an affinity constant of 0.51?M as determined in BLI assay (Routinely tested). 3. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL6 / Interleukin-6 Protein at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL-6R / CD126 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) , the EC50 is 5-15 ng/mL. |
