Characteristics	1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human IL17BR-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human Fc-IL25 , The EC50 of human Fc-IL25 is 1.7-4.2 μg/mL. 2. Measured by its ability to induce CXCL1/GROα secretion in HT29. The ED50 for this effect is 15-60 ng/mL.
