Characteristics	1. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 2.0-8.0 ng/mL. 2. Immobilized Recombinant Human EPO Receptor / EPOR Protein (ECD, His Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human Erythropoietin / EPO Protein (Fc Tag), the EC50 is 5-15 ng/mL.
