Characteristics	1.Measured by its ability to induce IFN-gamma secretion by KG?1 human acute myelogenous leukemia cells in the presence of TNF-alpha. The ED50 for this effect is typically 5-30 ng/ml. 2.Loaded Recombinant Human IL-18R beta / IL-18RAP Protein, Fc Tag on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-18Rα Protein, His Tag (Premixed with Human IL-18, Tag Free) with an affinity constant of 7.7nM as determined in BLI assay (Routinely tested).
