Subunit CD3E is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag and subunit CD3G contains no tag at the C-terminus. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 19-22 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 35-38 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
